Today's Workout - 6:30 PM

2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Strength - Push Press (Mary will have everyone's exact weights and rep scheme)

then

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

10 Push-Ups
20 Sit-Ups
30 Sqats

    banana and 10 almonds

    ( I ate a lot today, I was hungry all day.)

    L- salad with baked chicken with avacado olives cucumber boiled egg and sunflower seeds with italian dressing with water
    D- baked pork chops mashed potatoes and black eye peas and jalapeƱos with tea

    S- 10 almmonds, 10 cashews, 8 oz. grapefruit
    L- 2 lettuce, turkey, avacado, red pepper wraps, 3 olives
    D - spaghetti squash, chicken sausage with tomato sauce, 1 apple with 1 T. almond butter.

    Drink: 70 Oz. water, 1 cup hot tea

    6 rounds + 18 sit ups
