    Breakfast: shakeology
    Snack: Kellogg's protein bar
    Lunch: grilled chicken gyro with fries.....
    Dinner: chicken and rice

    1 gallon of water

  2. Mowed & weed -eated yard

    B- subway veggie flat bread , water
    L- water
    D- hamburger patty ,grilled veggies ,sweet potato fries, water

  3. Walked 3.46 mi at the farm.

    B: spicy chicken biscuit (only ate half of the bread), coffee
    L: chicken, squash corn taco. (3)
    D: fajita meat, pico, guacamole. 1 bean corn taco. 1 cup of red wine.

    Water all day.

  4. Walked around the zoo for 4 hours

    B-sausage biscuit with cheese, a hash brown
    L-a cheeseburger and 2 fries
    D-8 oz sirloin 4 shrimp, house salad, and loaded mashed potatoes and I roll

    1 gallon of water and 8 oz of sweet tea

    L- grilled nuggets form chick fil a with ketchup and water
    D- grilled salmon, salad with vinaigrette dressing and hummus.2 glasses of Pinot noir

    No workout today

    L---Tuna sandwich and 2 small bags of chips
    D---Smoked turkey club on wheat toast

    Had water all day and with each meal

    B: breakfast burrito w/ sausage egg and cheese
    L: none
    D: chicken, potatoes and carrots w/ 1 s'more

    B= sausage, egg, mushroom, zucchini and tomatoes, water, coffee little cream
    L= popcorn, twislers, water, pretzel with pepperoni, water
    D= fish, water
