    Lunch: burger and fries (yesterday's wasn't good... Wanted a do over! )
    Dinner: orange chicken and rice

    Workout---1200 singles, 200 situps, 100 push ups, 100 lunges
    Did this in two different workouts, half each time.
    Sorness is pretty much gone.

    B---Coffee, piece of sausage
    L---Taco soup
    D---Taco soup, salad

    L Mexican casserole and a piece of buttermilk pie
    D meatballs ,zucchini pasta, orange chicken. I was at a potluck and a little of all these.
