Thursday, May 28, 2015-Day 46 of Spring Challenge

Warm-up
50 double under attempts 
4 rounds:
-5 push-ups
-10 shoulder touches
-10 mountain climbers
-5 PVC pass throughs

Strength
EMOM for 8 minutes
-5 Power Cleans (increase weight as needed)

Conditioning
10 minute AMRAP of:
-5 burpees
-10 KB SDHP
-15 KBS

    WOD 2: 25lbs kettlebell, stopped after 5 rounds

    Breakfast: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, sprinkle of cinnamon and a handful blueberries
    Snack: 10 cherries
    Lunch: egg roll in a bowl
    Snack: 2 Kellogg's protein bars
    Dinner: chicken almond salad sandwich from panera bread

    3 mugs of water, 1 spark
